Interesting clock, bronze based with a glass dome to form an aquarium.  Inside the glass aquarium is a central column with a ball on the top, this ball has the numbers 1 - 12 going around it and is used to read the time.  Inside the aquarium there are also two painted fish that tick in time with the clock.  The bottom of the clock has a winder.  It overall stands 6" high & 3.5" wide.
